Question 1

How do I schedule a service appointment?

Accepted Answer

The easiest way is to call us at (608) 501-1344. You can also submit a service request through our website and we'll follow up to confirm your appointment.

Question 2

What information should I have ready when I call?

Accepted Answer

It helps to have the appliance brand, model number (usually on a label inside the door or on the back), and a description of the problem. The more detail you can share, the better prepared we'll be when we arrive.

Question 3

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We serve McFarland and all of Dane County, WI — including Madison, Stoughton, Sun Prairie, Cottage Grove, Monona, Fitchburg, Verona, Oregon, and surrounding communities.

Question 4

How quickly can you come out?

Accepted Answer

We work to schedule service calls as quickly as possible. For time-sensitive situations — like a refrigerator that's stopped cooling — call us directly at (608) 501-1344 and we'll do our best to find the earliest available appointment.
